What does the process look like when working with me?
Interest form
Click on the provided link and complete the interest form. Your responses to some basic questions will provide me with a better understanding of your destination and guide me in assisting you effectively
Schedule Call & Quote
After reviewing your interest form, I'll send you an email containing a link to schedule our 30-minute call.
During our call, we'll dive into the specifics to ensure I craft your perfect itinerary. You'll then receive your official quote, in a follow-up email.
Build Itinerary
Once you've accepted the quote and paid the deposit, I will begin working on your itinerary. You will be provided a "by when date".
Send Itinerary
Once you've made the final payment, your itinerary will be finalized in Wanderlog, accessible effortlessly from your phone, including through the app download.
Detailed instructions on how to access it will be sent to you. Additionally, a separate document outlining any essential reservations needing attention before your trip will be provided.

FAQ's
1. Do you charge for unplanned, "free" days?
Nope, your free days are yours. Since I am not really involved in planning those, I don't charge for them. However, I will still add them to your itinerary.
2. Are you able to help me with bookings in addition to the itinerary?
I can definitely assist with booking anything you may need! You'll just need to let me know when filling out your interest form.
3. Why do you charge per day of the itinerary?
In order to create your unique itinerary, it takes hours of planning and research. Each day of planning can take multiple edits to ensure everything fits concisely in your itinerary.
4. What if I want to make some changes after you send me the itinerary?
I want you to be happy with your itinerary, so I will do edits needed within reason.
